Koomankolly Heritage Resort

I had the pleasure of staying at this resort with my family for one night, and I must say, it was truly a memorable experience. Nestled in a stunning and scenic location, this resort managed to captivate us from the moment we arrived. One of the highlights of our stay was the Bamboo Hut we had the privilege of staying in. It was a unique and charming accommodation option, surrounded by lush greenery, which added to the overall ambiance of the resort. The hut itself was exceptionally clean, well-maintained, and gave us a sense of being close to nature. The meals provided were not only nutritious but also incredibly tasty. The culinary team took great care in using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, which enhanced the flavors of each dish. The traditional Kerala Fish curry was awesome! The staff at the resort were exceptional in their warmth and attentiveness. They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction, always ready with a smile and prompt to assist with any request or inquiry. Their genuine hospitality elevated our overall experience and made us feel like valued guests. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a delightful escape in Thirunelli, Wayanad, Kerala.

Its a beautiful and serene place to stay, If you are looking for somewhere to get rejuvenated and relaxed in nature's lap away from all the city life, I recommend this place can be the one for you , All services including food , environment , security are very good. Many tourist places are also nearby, Manager is helpful and also you will easily find autos and Vans to commute from there. Must visit and stay once! :)

Cant call it a resort. Its a basic homestay/farmstay but cottages made out of natural materials. Avoid the Edumadam room if you are taller than 5.5 - Also need to climb stairs for both room and bathroom access - Avoidable for elders. The bathrooms floor sloping is not designed correctly to drain water effectively. Expect lot of mosquitos in the evenings. Dinner was very mediocre - almost tasteless. But breakfast was good. Good location for thirunelly temple and bramhagiri trek start point. Service personnel are helpful - they try to do best with whatever possible. Sheets and linen were clean. Toiletries were basic.

One of the best resort I have visited till now. The receptionists were really helpful and friendly. Great staff who knew how to serve the customer. The room was well equipped and the service was excellent. From the balcony, we could view the mountain view. The location of our room was absolutely perfect. As soon as you come out of the resort, we just need to cross the road and there is a direct path leading to the river. Friendly accommodating staff, willing to help with a smile.An enjoyable and Comfortable Stay. Thank you for the wonderful hospitality, comfy room & delicious food including free breakfast!
